Skidki.ge is an independent informational and price discovery service for grocery retailers in Georgia. We display product names, prices, discounts, promotional information, and other factual data ("Market Data").

• Informational Purpose & Accuracy Not Guaranteed: All Market Data is provided for informational purposes only. Prices, discounts, and product availability are dynamic, subject to constant change, and may vary by store location and time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Market Data. You must always verify any critical information (e.g., final price, availability) directly with the relevant retailer before making any purchasing decision. You rely on the data at your own risk.
• No Affiliation or Endorsement: Skidki.ge is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of the retailers, brands, or products featured. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks is strictly for identificatory and comparative fair use to describe the services accurately and is not intended to suggest any affiliation or endorsement.
• Nature of Data: The Market Data consists of factual information (prices, discounts) which, under applicable laws, may not be subject to copyright protection. Our service involves the independent collection, aggregation, and presentation of this factual data.
• No Transactional Relationship: The Service facilitates price discovery but does not sell, broker, or supply any products. Any commercial transaction is solely and directly between you and the retailer. We are not a party to any such transaction and assume no liability for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the products or services offered by retailers.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN GEORGIA, SKIDKI.GE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT, CONTENT, OR PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING RETAILERS), WHETHER ON THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE;
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
• ANY INACCURACY, ERROR, OR OMISSION IN THE MARKET DATA, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY GEORGIAN LARI (50 GEL).

If you are a retailer, brand owner, or other rights holder and believe any Market Data displayed on our Service is substantially inaccurate or infringes on your intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal request.

  We will review all legitimate and complete requests promptly and take action we deem appropriate, which may include correction, removal, or temporary takedown of the data in question, at our sole discretion.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access and use them at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
